Desmond Foster From Sweden by way of Jamaica and England. multi-instrumentalist and producer, has an album out “Under Oath” if its anything like this song or another video “love, love, love” than it is sure fiyah! Brand New! Busy Signal – Artiste
A killer dancehall nugget from JA heavyweight, Busy Signal! You know, now that I think about it, his name sounds kinda weird? I guess there is some reason behind it, but I never really thought about the name until just now because he puts out so much killer music! Its a sparse video, but it gets it’s point across that you don’t need any special video effects to outshine Busy. In the song he talks about how everybody thinks they’re an artist and how hot they are, and comes off a bit arrogant, but its true that everybody wants to be a star but they don’t all want to put in the hard work to get there. I thought he was talking about how everybody is an artist, at first, but i guess not.
New Song from Protoje, “Kingston Be Wise” Don Corleon Production
After what seemed like a drought, after a fairly wet year, A top class song emerges from none other than up and comer, Protoje, reviving a classic digi tune from Ini Kamoze. The single was released off of Protoje’s newest album, the oddly titled “8 Year Affair”, following his debut last year “7 Year Itch”. he’s featured on a number of great little songs, check out “Rub-A-Dub Soldier” with Kymani Marley, and “Skanking and Rocking” with Da Professor.
